Combined Care Rejuvenation Center was originally founded in St. Louis, Missouri in 2006 by Mary King, D.C. and Kristin McLain, D.C., licensed chiropractic physicians.
Dr. Mary King relocated to Arizona in 2007 to be near her family and to bring the Combined Care Rejuvenation Center practice to the greater Phoenix area. contact her
